Get a behind-the-scenes look at brooding chicks on a small-scale pastured poultry farm. In this workshop, participants will tour a live brooder setup housing approximately 300 chicks and see best practices in action—from heat management to ventilation, lighting, and bedding.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of chick care, including feeding and watering systems, daily management routines, and how to read chick behavior.
