Camano Ciderfest is a cider lover’s dream. Located at the Camano Commons, the festival features three cideries, a brewery, and plenty of food for your enjoyment.

We will meet at our white barn (5641 Mutiny Bay Rd) for a barn tour, then to the blueberry fields where you will get to pick 2 lbs of blueberries to take home, then you will get to meet our chickens, and finish at our commercial kitchen where you will be able to see the mushroom operation and purchase blueberry goodies!

First 2 Weekends in September | 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Keep it fresh! Pick your own blueberries at the Silva Family Farm the first two weekends in September. The farm specializes in the “Legacy” variety of blueberry. Close-toed shoes are recommended.

Entrance is $3 (kids free), and blueberries are $3.75 a pound.

Learn to make beautiful and delicious fresh pasta the way the Italians make it, using the finest organic Italian semolina flour and water. Depending on the class, ingredients could include organic whole eggs and organic spinach as well. In this two to three hour class, you'll learn how to make pasta dough and use a hand-cranked pasta machine to form shapes like fettuccine, tagliolini, and lasagna sheets. We also offer popular classes to hand make ravioli, tortelloni and other traditional shapes from different regions of Italy. Expect a fun and hands-on class. And the best part? All of the pasta you make, you can take home and enjoy!

Enjoy an evening at bucolic Fainting Goat Farms, a 10-acre farm in Langley on Whidbey Island. During a tour of our flower and vegetable gardens, feed our organically-fed chickens, learn about the Whidbey Island Honey apiary, and meet the resident fainting goats - Peanut, Butter, and Jelly!

You'll arrange fresh local blooms with Salty Acres Whidbey Island Flower Farm, whose owners, expert florists Tonneli and Kim Gruetter, will lead an informative hands-on workshop (beginning to intermediate level). You'll take home a stunning, sustainably grown , hand-harvested, foam-free floral fall centerpiece!

Light refreshments, featuring Whidbey Island Grown's finest, and local beverages included (September is Eat Local Month, afterall!). The farm stand will be open.
